When Looking for Crypto Investment Advice, Who Can You Trust?
When Adam Parrish and his co-founder Tim Mitrovitch got involved in crypto, they immediately saw the problem with influencers who claim to provide sure-fire investment advice, if you pay for access to their private forums. Often the advice they found was mediocre or just plain bad.
So when they decided to build an app to debunk crypto influencer claims, they reached out to us. Adam had been a long-time user of our PureMVC framework, and thought we'd be the perfect fit for their new project.
Investment advisors give read-only access to their portfolios, which are verified by Olympus on the blockchain. This information is made available to investors through the application, and the advisors can get realtime updates fed into their Discord servers, where they typically interact with investors.
We worked on this project for nearly a year, using JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Sadly, when we reached the point where it was ready to launch, it was deep in a bear market and investor interest on all crypto projects was running low. So the founders decided to close down the project.
