Futurescale today announced its acceptance into the Adobe Solution Partner Program, which it expects to be a strong vehicle for providing tools and education for architecting Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) on Adobe’s Flash platform.

“Adobe’s technologies are poised to change the face of the Internet. Futurescale’s partnership with Adobe enables us to work closely with them to provide solutions for creating and delivering RIAs within the enterprise and across the web,” said Cliff Hall, Futurescale’s CEO.

Developing a Rich Client using the Adobe® Flash®, Flex™ and AIR™ technologies requires architectural know-how and a stable framework to build upon. Toward this end, Futurescale has released the PureMVC framework for ActionScript3™, and is presently at work crafting detailed training courseware that will be delivered in a variety of ways, including instructor-led, online and DVD-based.

PureMVC is a free, open-source framework that is built upon proven Design Patterns.

“It is the first framework of its kind that is intended for use across all of Adobe’s ActionScript3-based platforms: Flash, Flex and AIR,” said Hall, “This will allow developers and architects who use all three platforms to adopt a single methodology for their application development process.”
